Yes, there is. This ebook for download is an easy to read introduction to the Let Go Method that focuses on feelings and needs/wants. It is the first time this revolutionary method is described in writing, but the ebook does not cover everything that the Let Go Method can help you with.
For that you will need to read the full (several hundred pages long) book – which isn’t quite finished yet, because I wrote it in my native language of Danish, and the translation into English takes time. (I myself am Danish, from Denmark in Scandinavia, Northern Europe, which is where I have developed the method – if it interests you, you can read about me here).
‘Finding Inner Peace by Letting Go‘ describes the 10 pretty simple steps you can take which will lead you to let go of:
• Unpleasant feelings
• Needs and wants that limit you
Here are the things that you can ALSO let go of, but which ‘Finding Inner Peace by Letting Go‘ does NOT teach you how to let go of:
• Thoughts – but you can get a quick course in that here: let go let god
• Patterns of behaviour (habits)
• Your beliefs, particularly your more deeply rooted beliefs (core beliefs)
• Your chosen identity (which is basically the same as your ego)
For that you will have to wait for the full size book. But then, doing personal development and self improvement is rarely a matter of choosing between all or nothing, but rather a matter of taking a series of steps, that will get you where you want to go.

Using the Let Go Method is sort of like getting a vacuum cleaner for the first time when you need to clear the attic and the basement!
Happiness, love, freedom, clarity, inner peace and a sense of wonder are what is left whey you have cleared the emotional, mental and other kinds of inner ‘clutter’ from your inner life.
When you have been using the Let Go Method for some time odds are that you will notice this every time you use the method successfully – the freedom, the love, the happiness, the inner peace.
Because, you see, you can let go of almost anything, anything at all except the above mentioned and very nice things (inner peace, happiness, love, etc.). Those are impossible to let go of. Why? Because they are our basic nature. They are, so to speak, the hallmarks of our soul.
Oh, we can put something in the way of them so we don’t experience them (and most of us do that all the time, that’s what the Let Go Method aims to help us fix), but we cannot LOSE freedom, love, happiness and inner peace. They are ours to keep, no matter what our circumstances are.
All we need … is an emotional vacuum cleaner like the Let Go Method.
